In order to achieve a high degree of automation in warp knitting production, how to quickly splice yarns is the biggest problem. Nowadays, warp knitting machines are getting wider and wider. The 290-inch machine has to wear 30,000 yarns. This workload is very huge. Some warp knitting factories have tried yarn splicing with a knotting machine for weaving, but it is very inconvenient to operate due to the particularity of the beam position. But the needs of customers are our driving force for continuous progress. Therefore, in cooperation with the Textile College of Soochow University, we developed a knotting machine for warp knitting machine 3 years ago. After continuous improvement, we finally got a satisfactory order last year. Nearly 30 customers have purchased our knotting machine for warp knitting machine.
Our knotting machine for warp knitting machine is small in size and easy to carry. There is no leno requirement for warping during operation. It saves half of the time compared to traditional manual knotting, and its load is small, and the voltage for ordinary civil lighting Can meet working conditions. The experience of the workers is very good, much easier than manual knotting. Recently, we have cooperated with the Intelligent Big Data Center of Soochow University to carry out new research and development on the management and application of big data for the knotting machine for warp knitting machine. We believe that our technology will improve the production efficiency of the warp knitting industry.
